Return and Exchange
Kareemie Return and Exchange Policy
We want you to love your Kareemie outfits, but if something isn’t quite right, we’ve got you covered with easy returns and exchanges. Please ensure the QR code on the product is still intact and has not been removed before requesting a return or exchange.
Returns:

Return Window: You have 14 days from the date of purchase to return your order. Kareemie will cover the return shipping costs.

Return Process:
- Contact customer support at support@kareemie.com with the subject line: “Return Request.”
- In your email, please include the following:
- Why do you want to return the product? (Common reasons: incorrect size, color, or item; product quality issues; or personal preference.)
- How many items are you returning?
- Attach pictures of the front and back of the product (ensure the item is not damaged).
- For a higher chance of approval, you can also send us a picture of you trying on the product to show any fit or size issues. Please ensure the product is undamaged and in its original condition.

Collection and Return:
- Once we review the pictures and confirm the product meets our return requirements, we will organize a collection on your behalf. The collector will make three attempts to collect the item. If you fail to hand over the product after these attempts, your request will be automatically declined, and no further return requests can be made for the same order.
- When the return arrives, we will compare the item with the pictures provided. If everything matches, your return will be approved and your refund will be processed. Refunds can take up to 30 days to appear.

Return Conditions:
- Ensure the QR code/sticker is intact and undamaged.

We do not accept:
- Clothing that has been washed, is dirty, or is a damaged item.
- Items that have had their QR codes removed.

Declined Returns: If the item you return does not match the pictures or if you fail to hand over the product after three collection attempts, the return will be declined and the item will be disposed of.
Exchanges:

Exchange Window: You have 14 days from the date of purchase to request an exchange for a different size or color. Kareemie will cover the return shipping costs, and you will not need to pay for exchange shipping.

Exchange Process:
- Contact customer support at support@kareemie.com with the subject line: “Exchange Request.”
- In your email, please include the following:
- Why do you want to exchange the product? (Incorrect size or color, etc.)

- Please be aware that, as per our terms and conditions, we reserve the right to refuse your refund or exchange if any issues are caused by you, the buyer.
- All Kareemie outfits are carefully inspected before being shipped to ensure quality.
