We understand that you might have changed your mind and would like to return your outfits. If you have the wrong size or colour, we can exchange it for you. To return your items, please ensure the QR code is still intact and hasn't been removed.

You have 14 days from the date of purchase to return your order. Kareemie does not cover return fees. Once we inspect the clothing and approve the return, it can take up to 30 days for your refund to appear.

If your return is declined, the order will not be returned to you; instead, it will be disposed of.

We understand that sometimes you may need to exchange your purchase. If you need a different size or colour, we're happy to facilitate an exchange for you. Please ensure that the QR code sticker remains intact and hasn't been removed.
